AudioTuts+ has a new tutorial titled "How to Use Propellerhead Record’s Channel Strip" by Mo Volans. Mo has written for some of my favorite music magazines, including Remix and Music Tech. He goes into great detail on the best ways to use the EQ and filter section, sends/returns, dynamics section, inserts, as well as the gain and signal path. It's a great read with audio exampes.
