"I realize I have a bad habit of announcing new ParamDrum versions then releasing them months later if at all... ParamDrum has a lot of macros and, frankly, it's a bit of a pill to update, owing partly to Reaktor's lack of "ghost macros" (think classes versus objects). Macros have to be either modified individually, or copied and pasted then all MIDI mappings redone. So when I think of a great new modification that has to be done for 18 macros, I tend to cringe and wilt.
Anyhoo this version adds the sample start and decay parameters I wanted, an easier on the eyes theme that matches the sampler pack, plus a shocking new twist. I'm working with it now to create a track (this is known in the trade as eating your own dog food) and if there are no showstopper annoyances I'll release the update Monday, March 7th.
