How to SLICE then RESAMPLE and FREQUENCY SPLIT

Part 1 - drum sample slices:

this is video 1 of 3 in which i take you thru slicing a drum sample to scavenge drums for a new kit. then we resample it to make a variation of the drum pattern.then finally split the drums frequency with my new BASIC frequency splitting rack..then on to part 2 where we do the same to a wobbly operator synth.

Part 2 - bass wobbles:

in this part 2 of 3 i do the same (kinda) as the last video but im using an operator to make the bass wobbles but i am still going to re trigger (beat repeat) then resample then finally split the basses frequencies. this is a great way to re capture those lost bass dynamics when ur resampling (layering ) sounds..on to part 3! sample surgery!

Part 3 - sample surgery:

in this the final section i show you how to now take ur samples and re arrange them into a different pattern. this is just to show you whats to be gained by using these methods to one save cpu and two to get even more creative with your ableton live..BLESS!!!!
