Synth Bass Sample Pack by Leo Cavallo
Hi everybody!
Just a quick note to let you know what's going on around here...
In the past few weeks I took some time to put together a small collection of synth bass tones/samples to use in my productions.
As usual, you can find it here: Leo Cavallo on Bandcamp
The sounds were programmed on various analog and virtual analog synthesizers (mostly Clavia, Korg, Access and SCI synths), recorded in Reaper through an RME interface, and processed with UAD-1 plugins.
Actually I've used some of these samples as basic tones for my tracks for quite some time now, but I took the chance to re-edit/re-process them all to be 100% ready to be loaded into my MPC or Machinedrum when it's time to produce.
Of course, being 24-bit .wav files you can easily use them as audio files in your DAW or load them into your favorite software sampler as well (Kontakt, Simpler, Sampler, NN-XT, EXS24, etc.).
The sample pack contains more than 100 samples (111 single files, to be exact) and I hope you'll agree with me about the price being merely symbolic, considering the time spent on this little project.
Have fun!
Leo

P.S. I had to figure out a way to get around one of Bandcamp.com limitations, regarding the allowed number of files included in an album. After purchasing the album extract the .zip file content and change the extension of the included .gif file to .rar. You'll find all the bass samples at their original quality inside the .rar archive.
